I just had American style pancakes (one of which got stuck in the toaster and I had to get Dad to rescue it) with strawberries and vegan chocolate sauce for breakfast. Nom.
As an American, I'm confused why American pancakes would go in the toaster.

Ohhh, those kinds. Ok. Hahaha, I had this image of pouring batter into the toaster and I was gonna feel embarrassed for my country if that's how people think we make pancakes, because it wouldn't surprise me if some people do try to make them that way.
