If you can connect using a VPN, then it means a routing issue with your ISP is causing the issue. If it was our servers it would affect every player, not just players from one region.

As we've said, using a VPN is unsupported. While we can tell the difference between a VPN and account sharing, we can't do much if something happens with your account. I use a VPN for work so it's unlikely we'd ban your account. Just be advised it's unsupported.
