If you can connect using a VPN, then it means a routing issue with your ISP is causing the issue. If it was our servers it would affect every player, not just players from one region.

Had the same issue for a week but now it works fine
My closest guess is because so many are working or staying at home that some countries are overloaded with the number of people using their network.

imo not a overloading issue, if i try to use mobile wifi hotspot of same network game works perfectly fine

It would depend how your hotspot routes to our servers vs how your mobile device does. It's likely one of the nodes along the route is having problems. Not the actual provider itself.
