Would be great to see the time issue addressed as well. (With even greater reductions than what is offered for cost). With
@CoCEsports now a thing, the barrier to entry to be able to compete is incredibly high due to the time and effort it takes to max out an account.
These cost reductions are primarily targeted at lower Town Halls where upgrade times are not as much of an issue.

Yeah ok but that is not smart because reaching max level at th12 and th13 is the problem. When you need several month to be max th12 and several month to be max th13 you don’t push the button to upgrade your lower th.
