Will @ClashofClans ever introduce an esport mode where everyone is provided a max account only for the competition ... it would fix all the current problem with bought acc and be 100% fair for everyone. It would also let new players have a chance to participate 1/2
The competition is pulled from the in-game Clan War League. It's imperative that players have actually proved their capability with their own account. Giving everyone max accounts for competition would really open the floodgates of people practicing on private servers.
Furthermore, we feel that the competition should be filled with players who have actually earned their spot through blood, sweat, and tears of competing at the highest leagues in the game. It's why we created the War Leagues in the first place.
Giving players max accounts for competition negates the reason why we created the War Leagues. You have to earn your spot to be one of the best in the world.
It takes years to achieve t13 max, even if you're the best player in the world. It is not worth to gemm an acc to do esport atm; why dont you SC, organize IG 1v1 tournaments of lower th, with a leaderboard and the x best ones get a fully maxed th of the th above...
... they play with; not linked SC id, only for 1 ip adress, or stuff like that. like that all good players have a chance to reach the top, being the best 10v10 -> get 11 from SC -> 12 ->and finally 13 
Is very easy to stop the private servers in competitive, just hidden bases and once open to check it 20 minutes to attack, the war troops free to change and that's it. As simple as that

I agree that proving yourself is important, however the competition is being pulled from a system that does not create a level playing field for all players to compete. CWL doesn’t even reflect the worlds stage event format, it only showcases your wallet or game tenure.
If Clash of Clans intends to successfully navigate esports, it needs to adapt to be available and scalable, neither of which are true today because of the time and personal cost it takes to enter. A dedicated in-game format to match the esports CoC model needs to exist.

We are playing coc since years but we are out of game right now because we don’t understand why people getting bann and other not, why hard to understand you, why always coming with late action, why banned the players after years for sharing!!!
