He is just a regular house cat. No special breed or anything. He and his brother were rescued from a cat hoarder, so they were largely feral when we adopted them. It's taken a long time to get them socialized. One of them doesn't know how to meow.

Meowing at a human is a socialized trait cats learn to exhibit with humans. They don't meow at each other. So one of them never learned to as they were 2 years old when we adopted them. He just blankly stares at you.pic.twitter.com/KS6tlZTc9X
