That makes me think that to be a community manager or a game lead, you need to do an Office course, my dream is to be a video game programmer :)
1) Being able to use Office is pretty much a necessity for any kind of office job, especially game development. Understanding how to use PC/Mac applications have applicable skills across other programs as well.

2) I've worked as a call center manager as well as a game producer so knowing Excel, and other Office applications are a necessary must. Even as a CM, I use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, etc. on a regular basis. Even video editing in Premiere.
