Suddenly remembered when I ran a lot of the training at Blizz, my trainees and I sassed each other a lot. At one point I had a value pack of "YOU DID IT!" star-and-rainbow bookmark awards... trainees actually really got into receiving the sassy achievement bookmarks. 
When I did the Billing & Tech Support onboarding, I used to have ASCI facepalms I'd send to newbies who did something...facepalm-y. If you got 3 facepalms in a day, you had to sing a song in front of the class.
