@Devourlick but with all due respect there are false positives when it comes to these buy/sell banned accounts. I had a clan member dm to change his SCID email in the morning while at work. They instantly locked his account and demanded he would answer the usual...
While I understand your concern, this issue is between Support and the account holder. I'm not saying he's guilty, but you'd be surprised how many things we discover when players say they were "banned for no reason".

Sounds great Darian! Im not saying support is guilty of error, but you'd be surprised by how few hours he was given to answer these questions. (Which I know for a fact he could answer, because he showed the whole clan the relevant screenshots on discord once he got home.)
