I searched through TOS and nowhere it says that using an emulator is against TOS. I don't know, it might be hidden somewhere, but this is all I've found. An emulator does not do any of the listed actions.pic.twitter.com/tj0BHVyEkU
An emulator is a third-party software that interferes with the service. It's not a platform we've officially launched our games on; therefore it is considered third-party, thus unsupported.

TOS says "unauthorized third-party software __designed to modify or interfere__". An emulator does not modify or interfere. It transmits, the same as any other mobile device.

You can try and argue the semantics all you want, but in the end you're incorrect as an emulator is considered a third party software. Period.
