Looks like a power problem. The board should at least post and beep with a non-functional CPU maybe. - Does the power supply have a 'rail switch'? - What happens when you reset the Bios? - What happens when you disconnect the waterpump connector?
I’ll check all those in the morning. It’s 1am here and I’m too frustrated.
