I’d reseat all power connections, both ends of each cable.

Reseated the RAM as well. I know it’s something I’m doing wrong. Just can’t figure out what.

It clearly gets power at least temporarily. I’d assume that there’s something off about the PSU setup. Probably not the input voltage setting, just because I’d not expect any sign of power then. Seems like it has to be in power cabling.

Have you got another PSU you can test with? The case fan not spinning when you press the power button suggests power isn't making it to even the basic stuff
