What kind of Motherboard is it? Generally, case fans should be configured to how you want them to act. Your rear should spin....same for your power supply. Your Liquid CPU cooler will take care of itself. it does need fans. it takes care of the heat via its own radiator.
there's not enough female 4-pin connectors for the number of fans (1 rear, 3 front, 3 top). So I ordered a couple SATA to 4-pin fan cables.

Ah I see. You can also order a fan controller and take that to the next level. Something like corsair commander pro!

The case has a central control unit but it might be a victim of the cable shortage.
