Ok at least the radiator fans on the liquid cooling unit are spinning. That was my big concern. But the other case fans aren't. Might be a faulty connection with the power from the SATA cable that's connected to those fans.

GPU fans are typically dead until things heat up, AIO fans could do the same thing if they're on their own controller, but the exhaust fan is just weird. Does the AIO pump work at least? Can you get into BIOS to check fan settings there? Maybe weird default fan curve?

SATA connection is suspect since the same SATA cable isn't recognizing my secondary HD now. Strange, it shows up in the BIOS.

What kind of Motherboard is it? Generally, case fans should be configured to how you want them to act. Your rear should spin....same for your power supply. Your Liquid CPU cooler will take care of itself. it does need fans. it takes care of the heat via its own radiator.

there's not enough female 4-pin connectors for the number of fans (1 rear, 3 front, 3 top). So I ordered a couple SATA to 4-pin fan cables.
