We aren't going to be adding any national flags to the game. There's several problems with adding more flags. Not every country recognizes the sovereignty of all other countries.
For example, it would cause problems with our some of our publishers if we allowed the Taiwanese flag in the game. Removing ALL flags from the game would cause quite an angry uproar from players who felt it was unfair that we took flags away and they would blame others for it.

Finally, flags take up quite a bit of resources in the game. We need to keep the game under a specific size in order to be allowed on various publishing platforms. Adding more flags would bring us closer to that size limit without adding any additional value to the game.
