Rewatching the Gravity Falls series finale reminds me that we didn't get nearly enough Pacifica throughout the course of the series. I know she wasn't a main character, but she still deserved more screen time than she got.

Men in Black: International feels like the movie they're trying the hardest to stuff down people's throats despite no one actually being interested in it.

I haven't enjoyed The Good Place that much since the first season, so I can't say I'm too sad to hear that it's ending. The show had a fun premise and a good twist, but it just didn't seem very sustainable after that. Hopefully it can go out on a high note.

I was kinda disappointed by Sonic's Cake Batter Shake. It didn't have enough cake batter flavor, and the shake was also way too thick. I'm just gonna stick with Denny's Cake Batter Shake instead since it doesn't have either of those problems.

I was hoping for a Halep vs. Keys match, but somehow both of them ended up losing. I'm honestly not sure if I care enough about any of the players left in the women's draw, which is a rarity for me. #FrenchOpen

So to get this back on track, it's hard to be mad at the actress for doing something that the writers should have done themselves without her urging. They probably wanted to keep her because as an actress she was an asset to show, but her character just wasn't necessary anymore.

Just look at what Fusco did for the last few seasons. Most of what I remember him doing was servicing his own plots, helping the team out in a pinch and being the comic relief. I'm not saying he was a terrible character, but he wasn't really a necessary one either.

After Season 2 it kinda just felt like they were finding things for Carter and Fusco to do rather than organically integrating them into the plot. That's why I didn't mind them killing off Carter that much, and wouldn't have minded them getting Fusco off the show as well.

And that's not a knock against her character. I just think the scope of the show had grown larger by then, and keeping her character around just didn't feel very necessary anymore. I felt the same way about Fusco, and I'm honestly kinda surprised he stayed around until the end.

I can't really be mad at Taraji P. Henson for wanting to leave Person of Interest, even if her reasoning for it was kinda lame. Carter had already outlived her usefulness on the show by that point, so in all honesty her leaving probably helped the show overall.

This hit me harder than I expected it to. These are easily some of my favorite shows that have ever aired on The CW, so seeing them both come to an end like this is pretty sad. It's annoying when a company says they're doing something for you 'as a courtesy' even though they're correcting their own error. They're basically saying that they don't think they did anything wrong but they're going to do what you asked just to make you shut up about it.
