See, here’s the thing. If you can create your own platform to espouse your views..no one is being censored. At all. This is not censorship. How are we going to recognize when it actually happens if we can’t even tell what it is?

Hold up, there are things about both YouTube and Facebook which make it a lot harder. When the corporation is granted special legal rights (like not being sued over content), shouldn't they also be seen as/held to public utility standards?

But they've had to fight legal action over content constantly since their inception. They're not granted special legal rights, they're forced to defend themselves in court all the time.
