I've created a simple campaign website that briefly explains why this interchange is a *terrible* idea. It includes links to the survey with draft responses, an additional petition directly to Councilmembers, and a page with supplemental resources for more information.

I've also created a Twitter account that I will be regularly posting information and engagement on over the coming weeks. Give a follow to stay in the loop on news and happenings related to this project!

Welcome! Please take the @BvueTrans survey to show your support for Option #7, "No Build". On our website above, you will find sample text to use, but feel free to write from your heart. Thank you for making your voice heard! engagingbellevue.com/i405-access-st

If anybody has any articles or other suggestions for the Resources page, please feel free to post them! If there's any constructive feedback on the site design, please DM me! This was my first foray into website design, so it's nothing fancy, but I hope it does the job well.

We're not going to stop climate change through words and goals. We have to stop it through concrete action in our communities and many, many policy decisions over the coming years and decades. And it starts today. And we can't let up.

Another idea for the 'congestion' argument, to appeal to drivers - improving 405 access will increase traffic on surrounding surface streets and cause congestion within our neighborhoods.

Thank you for organizing this! I sent in my survey response already with a link to the Induced Demand song. Will also send letters to council members
