i'm so curious about what we hide for fear of being misunderstood. twitter beckoned: it offered me freedom to build an authentic, invulnerable alter ego. but i'm a bit disillusioned. i find myself protecting this skin with my familiar brand of artful, inoffensive mediocrity.
