There's an incomplete translation from back in 2013, so it's safe to say it won't be updated any time soon. Hopefully somebody does pick it up one day, though!

All cutscenes will be fully subtitled in English. Any minimal Japanese spoken during a dance (I meant “flitz”) will be left as is (it’s at most a handful of words across the whole game).
