Smaller channels can still grow and be discovered–monetization doesn't impact how videos appear in search or how they're promoted/recommended across YouTube. Also creator features and tools like cards and end screens, custom thumbnails, live streaming, etc are all still available
Sure, but i miss almost 1000 Dollar a year until i get monatized again. And when i think about the hours i put in growing my channel i ge really pissed 
When a channel has almost 300.000 hours viewing-time a year and you kick that channel thats simply wrong!
