The fact that you think someone deserves to be homeless and risk death for their political views says you’re not nearly as liberal as you think you are. Additionally, the core ethos of fascism is a classification of anyone you disagree with as an enemy. Am I your enemy now?

I haven't seen anyone advocate for letting him continue to harm folks.
-
Anyone being homeless is bad and a serious flaw in the system. But this is victim blaming and advocating to not set boundaries and consequences upon someone who harms you and others.
-
This is a super shitty take, I agree, but it does not advocate letting him harm people.
-
It is, because it blames the person who called out the harmful actions. It's just another way to say: "you shouldn't have called out this in that way, look how he's suffering now!" The only alternative to calling out is to let him continue, if you accept a 30y experiment as proof
-
If you believe that the only options are: 1. Massive mob destroys an an autistic old man barely surviving. 2. Let him continue writing emails. Then that’s black and white thinking and that’s what fascists do. Progressive people understand nuance and context and don’t harm.

Well this went somewhere I didn't expect (I probably should have). I have two thoughts. Stallman is an insufferable jackass who needs to own his behavior, and basic dignity and safety is universal for all people, even the shitty ones.
