I think a ribeye is on average ~850 kcal. The low fat content in chicken leaves me listless if I eat it exclusively. The t’other day I ate Cheecken Fil-A tendies for lunch and dinner but they just didn’t give me the energy of olive oil, butter and especially saturated beef fat.
