Heavy lifting *decreases* fertility in women. See those crazy women with extremely male abs and vascular biceps? They’re not even menstruating anymore.https://twitter.com/ladyliftwaffe/status/975836141210480643 …

And again, the cultivated physical strength of women (at the cost of fertility and femininity) is useless. Nobody watches female team sports because women aren’t strong and would never repel invaders. They watch women’s golf because the women aren’t infertile freaks.

Non-performance based training for women is primarily to maintain healthy weight, maintain bone density in middle age when the menopause accelerates osteoporosis, fix posture, be able to lift your kid and help support old people without throwing out your back.

I’ve never said women shouldn’t exercise. They just shouldn’t exercise like men or get ideas about lifting heavy weights and objects. This is a far cry from the maniacs of “Lady Liftwaffe.”

Mere cooking and cleaning in modernity is very easy. Too easy. These things used to be very taxing and yes lifting heavy objects relative to her strength was common. After sitting in front of a computer all day, like man's, a woman's body is screaming to be challenged.

You have no idea how correct you are.

The studies are inconclusive. They sample exercise addicts! "There were those who trained almost every day. And there were those who trained until they were completely exhausted. Those who did both had the highest risk of infertility."
