One thing I really hope for with the patch after Blizzcon for Sc2 is something to remove Barcodes/leaving leagues. Playing a GM Barcode that is 5.7k MMR, then playing an unranked barcode that is 7k MMR just seems wrong.

Would it help discourage this practice if I made a tool that let's you find their account profile from a replay? Or is relying on the replay to see who it was not enough?
The real issue is not : we can't find who this is, because at the end it's easy to know who you just played at the end of the game, but the thing is when you queue up and you play an unranked barcode, you have absolutly no idea who this is. Just read Demu tweet again ^^

I guess what I don't understand is how that is worse than playing a barcode in GM since when you queue up you'll have roughly the same amount of info before the end game screen.

But then you don’t feel like a sneaky snake. Main thing is it doesn’t show on sc2unmasked
