    Great article about Steve Scotcher, head of ’s mechanical workshop. The LMB would not be the LMB without our fabulous workshops. When we have half an idea of what we need for the dream experiment, they make it reality!

    It is National Week! The LMB has hosted several apprentices in various departments from HR to the workshops. The rich, varied experience has often led apprentices to successful and fulfilling careers. We will be sharing some of our experiences.

    Just saw a British couple who have lived in France for several years, on BBC Two, who are now applying for French citizenship in order to stay there. They got a vote. I, who have lived and paid tax in the UK since September 1990, did not. They voted to Leave. Democracy, my arse.
