I know where you're coming from and to an extent I agree. False claims are horrible. That being said though, it's illegal for YouTube to flat out tell a company no, we won't allow you to claim this. Even the false ones. They are liable to get sued. And they'd be so many cases.

It sucks but the copyright law is outdated... And companies take advantage of it. The law needs to be changed to get actual meaningful change to be done. Until then, everyone's just going to go full circle.
