All they get at school is papers pushed at them all day and very little real instruction, I've been there, I know, they can do this at home but there has to be an older person to supervise and help. I'm all for rural broadband but I do not see it's lack as a crippling influence.
We cannot allow our rural communities & young people to be left behind due to the #DigitalDivide.
