At the federal level, I've introduced bipartisan legislation to expand access to treatment for those living with addiction & I will continue to partner with our state and local advocates to address this epidemic at every level.

Just try this for one year: Make the drugs freely available in a safe setting with counseling. What we keep missing is these people are in pain and their Drs. are NOT helping, so they turn to the Street Doctor who has "all" the answers. What we are doing is NOT working.
