We must move away from these deeply flawed broadband mapping practices that disadvantage rural communities. I've introduced a legislative package that requires the FCC to fund projects that can withstand future changes in technology.
This package also includes a grant program to empower local towns & orgs to create their own coverage maps & challenge their "served" status.
