Congressman Delgado, allow me to say that this issue is far more critical than most people understand. I have worked as a paramedic for 30 years, during that time I have seen a drastic decline in pre-hospital providers. It's a crisis when ambulance squads are closing their doors.
The deck is stacked against our rural health providers who serve communities with fewer and fewer resources.
