Access to high speed broadband ought to be treated as a utility—& necessity—for businesses & farms to compete in the global economy. I will continue to call for improved mapping technology to include accurate counts for rural communities.

Here in Hillsdale the rollout of broadband has been like the clouds parting to reveal the sun. I think a lot of us who have to work elsewhere will consider working here full time.
