Workers are already faced with stagnant wages and widening income inequality. Allowing employers to loosen regulations only adds to the problem by jeopardizing workers' safety & making opportunities to seek recourse for unsafe labor practices out of reach.
I'm proud to co-sponsor Protecting the Right to Organize Act which would greatly improve protections for workers and give them productive ways to seek recourse for violations at their place of work & empower their position to negotiate for fair wages & safe working conditions.
