Good to see some bipartisan condemnation over President Trump’s abuse of power in declaring a national emergency, but it’s not enough. I don't see how the emergency declaration is a violation of the constitution. The President is commander and chief of the military and the military exists for the purpose of national defense. Using it to secure the border is much better than using it to fight foreign wars
