It's deeply unfortunate and disappointing that at a time when we should be focused on providing universal affordable and accessible healthcare, this case could invalidate the ACA and destroy folks' options.
I will continue to do all that I can to defend protections for those with pre-existing conditions and expand healthcare to everyone.
