GOP runs Washington. This chaos--not 'dysfunction'--is Republican chaos. Ds in places like NY19 got wiped out in 2010 because they failed to brand the GOP financial crash as the GOP financial crash. Meanwhile GOP branded Ds relentlessly. Be real. Be appropriately partisan.
