Delay & uncertainty (as in this lawsuit) are part of a multiprong GOP strategy to stymie progress. We can't unify a majority around goals that most want, & sensible ways of achieving them, when everyone is constantly confused & reacting out of fear. Call it "Confuse and Conquer."

I just had to drop out of the marketplace because it's too expensive. I've moved to a cost-sharing plan that's 1/3 the price. It's not identical, but it's more flexible and benefits kick in well before the $10k out of pocket of my marketplace plan.
