I used the NYS Paid Family Leave just this year. Combined with savings, disability, and Aflac, it allowed me to stay home with my baby for 14wks!

If there was a wage gap, companies would hire only women and save money because they would pay them less. The article proves women choose less paying jobs and work less hours. We get paid for the hours we work.
