  "[S]hould." In practice, less so, probably since JFK appointed RFK as his AG. Also, remember the Special Counsel is not appointed under the legislation that appointed Judge Walsh in Iran Contra or Archibald Cox/Jaworski in Watergate. Not sure you can get to "bipartisan."

  I was a very vocal supporter of your campaign, but now it's time to get down to business. Legislation will not solve everything. Mueller can appear before committees, no approval of AG needed, done deal. I love your heart and energy, but you will need a sensitivity to process.
