Faso's desire to confirm a judge pre-screened by the Heritage Foundation - a group that is demonstrably in opposition to Roe v. Wade - is not surprising, considering that he himself has called Roe v. Wade a "black mark on the country."

What is surprising and very concerning, however, is his belief that Judge Kavanaugh ought to be confirmed for a lifetime appointment on the highest court in the land, prior to the conclusion of a thorough and serious investigation into Dr. Ford's allegations of sexual assault -

Plus, Faso benefited from fundraiser held by Ari Fleischer, who said, even if a young man did commit sexual assault or attempted rape, that shouldn’t disqualify him from later ring on SCOTUS or in Presidency.
