My daughter dated a man for 3 years. At that time he told her he felt like he was in the wrong body. They stayed together for another 4 years while she transgendering. My daughter at that point became a lesbian. We lost family & friends who were close minded & ridicridiculous.1/3

My daughter has taken me on a path of opening my eyes. If people would take the time to get to know some of the people in the LGBTQ community they would be pleasantly surprised. They are no different. They want a good life, to be happy and they want to be loved. What my 2/3

daughters old girlfriend went through was so hard on her. She is amazing. They aren't together now but I will always love her. My daughter took me on a journey that opened my eyes. I met new people and I made new friends. For this and so many other reasons, my daughter Is my hero
