A federal employee with a taxpayer-funded salary at an agency meant to be apolitical should not, in public or private, be taking delight in picking on any state, especially when the state has chosen a sound environmental policy.

NY's ban on fracking can only be seen as frustrating to the big corporations and special interests that the current Administration has put first over the numerous public health and environmental concerns associated with fracking.
