This Supreme Court decision is another example of the prolonged assault on workers’ rights. They got this one dead wrong. We need to make it easier for workers to negotiate fair wages, not harder. I stand with our unions and working families. #Janus

All respect to your win, but what about the rights of the workers who are assessed this fee and arent, nor want to be in a union? How does that work for them? I don't see how this is an assault on workers rights. Unions will have to change their fundraising model

I was shocked at the low rate of unionized workers in the US just 10%.... in Canada we are at about 30% and Europe is even higher. Our economies are still robust.
