The FEC has no legitimate expense to check off for hush money to cover-up an affair. However, if the hush money was run through the Trump Organization as a business expense, that could be tax fraud.

Re: Your comments on Rudy Until 9/10 Rudy was hated by many in NYC including me. He could not have gotten elected anything in NY. I used to refer to him as Little Mussolini. Even after 9/11 he had the chutzpah to try to delay Bloomberg taking office.
