Almost correct. Donald Trump is about vengeance against anybody who disagrees with him or doesn’t like him, regardless of whether they have committed a wrong or criminal act, and often rewards people who have committed a wrong or criminal act.
Retribution: punishment inflicted on someone as vengeance for a wrong or criminal act. This is exactly what @realDonaldTrump is all about. Vengeance not law and order. #CountryOverParty
