I would like to know more about the report that the prosecutors misled Barr regarding recommendations for sentencing of Stone. That the recommendation was lower than what was then presented. No one seems to talk about that . Maybe that is why Barr did not defend prosecutors

Basically, what I think she’s saying is that this isn’t regarding this whole Roger Stone Mess, but, it’s Barrs way of signaling to Trump to be cool and let him “handle” SDNY quietly without Trumps tweets. That’s my interpretation anyways.

I suppose anything is possible with this president. Maybe the only option Barr has is to reach him via TV, but if that was the case, I'd expect he would have gone on FOX. This looked more like a message to people in the building who might leave if the AG won't stand up for DOJ.
