I am a union member, I have muscular dystrophy & use my insurance all the time but I am drowning in debt due to medical bills because having insurance is almost pointless unless you are in a car wreck or something big. And I have great insurance compared to most.

It’s cheaper for me to take my kids to the dr & pay out of pocket then to run it under our insurance. After copays & deductibles are met it’s already a new year & it’s time to start over! So yes, getting rid of private insurances is a must!!
