Mitch McConnell voted 6 times to raise his own pay and 15 times against raising the minimum wage. Kentucky has voted for him for 34 years making him the 11th richest senator, while Kentucky remains the 7th poorest state. Kentucky - PLEASE - repeal & replace McConnell in 2020...

Trump’s threat to keep the gov’t shut down for “months or even years” is in violation of the 13th amendment. Does he expect TSA workers or anyone else to keep toiling on without pay? There should be a general strike until this bullshit stops.

FUN FACT: Fully 820 miles of the nearly 2,000-mile US-Mexico border -- 41% -- is represented by a Republican, Rep. Will Hurd of Texas, who opposes a wall and was just reelected in a tough race in which he emphasized that position.

GOP loves to insult my intelligence, yet offers *this* as their best + most seasoned opposition to my policy proposals. If anything, this dude is a walking argument to tax misogyny at 100% 😉 Republicans rob everyone the opportunity of real policy debate by resorting to this.

1 in 5 Americans already can’t afford their prescriptions — now, pharmaceutical companies are planning to raise prices on more than 1,000 drugs by an average of 6.3%. We must reject and defeat the greed of Big Pharma.

True, but that “better life” comes at the expense of 90% of Americans — even those who won’t admit it. So glad you can openly discuss the ugliness to which we have all been subjected.

What does it say about our health care system when 1 in 5 Americans cannot afford the medicines they need — but the top 5 drug manufacturers can make for than $50 billion in profits in just one year? It says that something has gone drastically wrong.
