    As a fan of The Simpsons, I always wondered how a bunch of scrappy short cartoons on The Tracey Ullman Show became a TV series that turned into the longest running scripted show on U.S. TV. 30 years later, I got an answer for :

  4. Still processing tonight’s , but I always felt Daenerys was a bit of a hypocrite and brutal, so I’m not as angry as some. And Tyrion has kept up his pattern of being wrong about all the women in his life, so that’s consistent. Did love his moment with Jamie, though

  7. I think it’s also that the shows themselves are smaller. One of NBC’s new shows is a version of The Bone Collector, a film from 1999. Doesn’t feel like they’re trying to innovate as much as hold the line.
