Did they eliminate the reporting paradox? That in wealthier countries it is likely that PTSD is diagnosed and reported more often regardless of presence in the population? Any thoughts?

I wonder if PSTD is really more prevalent or simply more diagnosed, and if it's more prevalent, the cause would be interesting. But this is not my field of expertise and life is too short, so… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
